During this step we are asked to do a more deeper research based on our chosen application. After done the interview, we need to collect all the data and analysis it. Next, we are required to create 3 different persona and come with a user journey flow. Based on the emotional curve of the each persona solution are created. After this we need to get all features from the interviews, research, competitors and ideas into the MoSCoW and 2x2 matrix.

Specific Feedback: Overall 3 persona is good, refine some of cinema habits let it match with their needs and pains. Put in the persona image
Week 7
Specific Feedback: No problem with the user journey map. Highlight the main point so it is more easier to see.
Week 8
Specific Feedback: Start thinking solutions for each stage — they don’t need to be too complex, this is just the brainstorming phase.
Week 9
Specific Feedback: Simplify the user flow chart — no need to include too much at this stage. Start by laying out the most basic functions, then expand from there. If you’re using different colored boxes, it’s best to include a legend.
