Project 3

At this stage we need to look for reference and study our competitor application. Next we are asked to follow own customer journey map and create a draft of our application wireframes.
I'm focus the journey of the user when buying ticket.

Low-Fi prototype ( Overall features)

After consultation with the lecturer I decided to enlarge my font size and also add on the contact us page to make the application look more complete and comprehensive.

User Testing

After completing my overall prototype, I moved on to the user testing stage. This testing focused on two main user flows: the happy path (booking process) and the Contact Us feature for users who encounter issues during their booking journey.

Analysis 

What’s Good
  • Easy to navigate; users understood where to tap or click
  • Clean, clear, and visually pleasant interface
  • Booking process mostly smooth and easy to follow
  • Helpful features:
  • Movie listings (helpful even without knowing movie names)
  • Seat selection with clear seat map
  • Trailer previews to help in decision-making
  • Live chat feature praised for quick support
  • Most users felt satisfied and rated the app positively
What Needs Improvement
  • Some buttons need to be tapped multiple times to work
  • Certain pages are hard to scroll or respond slowly
  • Live chat icon could be clearer (suggest using a text-labeled button)
  • QR code scanner was present but not functioning
  • Missing features users expected:
  • Movie ratings or reviews
  • Guest checkout option for faster booking

Specific Feedback: The draft seems goods, can try to proceed to the digital prototype

Week 11

Specific Feedback: Some of the words looks to small hard to read, refine it and for the first page can do some arrangement, the main purpose of these apps is let the user to buy ticket. Avoid rigid layout. Highlight Now Showing movies by enlarging their posters.
