Project 3
At this stage we need to look for reference and study our competitor

and create a draft of our application wireframes.
I'm focus the journey of the user when buying ticket.
Main features
I focus on these features while creating the wireframe:

Low-Fi prototype ( Overall features)
After consultation with the lecturer I decided to enlarge my font size
and also add on the contact us page to make the application look more
complete and comprehensive.

User Testing

testing stage. This testing focused on two main user flows: the
happy path (booking
process) and the
Contact Us feature
for users who encounter issues during their booking journey.
