Benefit of user - centered Design

By apply user-centered design during our design process it will help us increase the user satisfaction and will also improved the product adoption from the user.

Conclusion
Designing for mobile usability requires a deep understanding of user needs, careful feature prioritization, mobile-optimized interfaces, and continuous user feedback to create a seamless and effective user experience.

Project 1 Proposal

We asked to look for 3 different application and prepare a draft proposal that include content bellow
  • Proposal find 3 company with bad reviews application

    Feedback

    Week 1

    No feedback

    Week 2
Specific Feedback: Analysis of the Domino Apps lesser than the others can choose one to proceed. Some design of the ppt is a bit not suitable. Change the color of the line

    Week 3
Specific Feedback: Rather than getting caught up in small details of redesign suggestion, start by summarizing the main points and outlining a general framework. More details about the comparative. List out the function of each pages

    Week 4
Specific Feedback: Overall presentation is good. Need to delete some repeat part of the ppt. Can consider to put the weakness and suggestion into 1 pages.

    Reflection

Through this project and the lectures, I learned the importance of application design and gained an understanding of what human-centered design means. During the proposal process, I discovered many flaws in the app that I had never noticed as a regular user. In addition, I realized that each person’s experience with the same app can be vastly different. I’m really looking forward to improving existing app designs in the upcoming projects.
